Position : Senior SAP GTS Technical Consultant – ABAPType : Contract Competencies : Digital : SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for HANA, SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Language required : Swedish SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Consultant with strong SAP ABAP development expertise to support global trade compliance, customs management, and integration requirements. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of SAP GTS processes along with the capability to design, develop, and enhance custom ABAP solutions supporting international trade operations. Key ResponsibilitiesSAP GTS Functional ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and support SAP GTS solutions.Work on Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, and Preference Processing.Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP GTS solutions. Support end-to-end global trade processes including:Sanctioned Party List (SPL) ScreeningEmbargo ChecksExport License ManagementCustoms DeclarationsIntrastat/Extrastat ReportingPerform configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize trade compliance processes.SAP ABAP Technical ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, forms, and data conversions related to SAP GTS.Build and maintain:BAPIsBADIsUser ExitsRFCsIDOCsEnhancement Framework objectsDevelop interfaces between SAP ECC/S4HANA and SAP GTS.Troubleshoot and optimize existing developments. Support performance tuning and code quality improvements. Create technical specifications and development documentation. Required SkillsFunctional Skills strong experience in SAP GTS implementation and support projects.Working knowledge of:Compliance ManagementCustoms ManagementRisk ManagementTrade Preference ManagementUnderstanding of global trade regulations and customs processes.T echnical SkillsStrong SAP ABAP development experience. Preferred QualificationsExperience in SAP S/4HANA environments.Exposure to SAP GTS 11.x or SAP GTS Edition for SAP HANA.Familiarity with EDI integration and middleware technologies.Knowledge of Fiori applications and SAP BTP is an added advantage.SAP GTS Certification is preferred.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to work independently and in a collaborative global environment.Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing skills.
