SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect – Greenfield TransformationHelsinki, Finland (Onsite)Employment: B2B/Freelance ContractDuration: 06 Months (Extendable) Key Job ResponsibilitiesLead discovery workshops, blueprinting, and fit-gap analysis with business stakeholders.Translate business requirements into standard SAP-compliant solutions, adhering to clean core principles.Collaborate with senior stakeholders (Business, IT, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure solution alignment with business objectives.Experience / Skills RequiredOverall, 15 –20+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP overall architecture understanding for a S4 HANA green field implementation project.End to end understanding of SAP modules to drive design work shops, driving overall program.Establish and enforce architecture standards, design governance, and review mechanisms.Identify and mitigate solution risks (integration gaps, data issues, scalability concerns).Ensure solution decisions consider cost implications (customization vs standard, licensing, integration complexity) critical in Greenfield scenarios.Support program governance with architecture inputs for scope, timelines, and estimations.Review and validate designs from internal teams and third-party vendors.Ensure compliance with GxP, regulatory, audit, and data privacy requirements.Excellent communication & presentation skills.Good to HaveKnowledge of SAP advanced modules such as EWM advanced features, TM, GTS, IBP, or Yard/Labor Management.Warehouse automation (especially for logistics-heavy programs).Exposure to Agile / Hybrid delivery models in large SAP programs.Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country deployments.
