Senior Scrum Master

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our team. Our client is one of the largest state-owned energy companies and a leading producer and supplier of electricity and heat in Europe. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding cross-functional engineering teams, removing complex impediments, and driving continuous improvement across the product delivery lifecycle to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes. This is you5 + years of experience as a Scrum MasterUnderstanding of full SDLC, software development approaches: Agile & ScrumWorking experience in IT project management areaExperience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar portfolio and reporting platformsStrong understanding of how product and business objectives can be translated into technical solutionsExperience working in large IT organizations and navigating complex IT and business processesSolid understanding of modern software development (previous hands-on experience as a software developer in an agile environment is considered an advantage)Ability to visit the office 2-3 days a weekEnglish – Upper-intermediate or higherSwedish – Advanced Nice-to-have skills:University degree in IT, Engineering, or another relevant fieldScrum Master certification This is your roleCoaching teams toward self-organization and continuous improvementRemoving impediments and avoiding scope creepSupporting Product Owners with backlog & capacityManaging scope/change within sprints to keep focusConducted team health checks and delivery follow-up
