Senior ServiceNow Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant for an assignment focused on the development and further enhancement of the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on ITSM.We are looking for a senior profile who is technically strong and comfortable taking a leading role. You should be able to independently drive development work throughout the entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis through design, development, implementation, and long-term maintenance. About the AssignmentIn this role, you will:Work with ServiceNow ITSM, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.Develop and configure applications, modules, and workflows in ServiceNow.Work with Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and catalog flows.Develop using JavaScript and ServiceNow's development frameworks, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.Work with CMDB and Configuration Management, including relationships, CI structures, and data quality.Drive work from business requirements and analysis through design, development, and implementation.Ensure scalable and maintainable solutions for long-term management.Contribute to improving existing working methods, practices, and processes. Required Skills & ExperienceYou should have:Proven experience with ITSM in ServiceNow.Experience as a Tech Lead or leading specialist in ServiceNow-related assignments.Strong experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.Good knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow development frameworks.Knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Management.Ability to work independently and in a consultative capacity within collaborative environments.ServiceNow certification, such as CSA (Certified System Administrator), preferably complemented by one or more CIS certifications.Good written and spoken Swedish and English.Strong collaboration skills and the ability to share knowledge and solve complex problems together with others. Nice to HaveExperience in the following areas is particularly advantageous:Banking or financial services.Self-hosted ServiceNow environments.Implementation and development of ITSM solutions in larger organizations.
