Senior ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities: Language: Swedish language is mandatory for this role. We are specifically looking for consultants with strong competencies in ITSM, CSA, REST APIs, data management and security, as well as microservices and integrations.Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows with a focus on ITSM modules.Configure and customize ServiceNow using best practices and platform standards.Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate ServiceNow with internal and external enterprise applications.Implement and manage enterprise data models, CMDB, data governance, and data quality processes.Design and develop microservices-based integrations and reusable components.Ensure compliance with ServiceNow security standards, access controls, authentication, and data protection requirements.Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.Support platform optimization, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and release management. Required Skills & QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementation and customization.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.Proven experience developing and integrating REST APIs.Strong understanding of data management, CMDB, data migration, and data governance.Experience with security frameworks, role-based access controls, and secure integration patterns.Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and enterprise integration technologies.Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Web Services.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Preferred QualificationsAdditional ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITSM, CAD, CIS-CSM, CIS-ITOM).Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and API management platforms.
