In this role, you will combine data, technology, and business understanding to help commercial teams make smarter decisions and unlock new opportunities through advanced analytics.Your role consists of two focus areas:Commercial Data Modelling & Power BI ReportingYou will be responsible for developing and maintaining commercial analytics solutions, data models, dashboards, and KPIs that support organization and sales performance management and decision-making.Contribute to the development of Fazer Group and GCO reporting solutions in Power BIEnsure high-quality, user-friendly, and reliable reporting solutionsSupport stakeholders across markets on gathering and prioritizing business reporting needsDrive continuous improvements in reporting standards and governanceAI & Advanced Analytics DevelopmentYou will support bringing AI and advanced analytics into everyday commercial decision-making.Designing and developing AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics use casesBuilding solutions that improve forecasting, performance understanding, and commercial effectivenessSupporting campaign, customer, profitability, and sales analytics initiativesEvaluating new technologies and analytics opportunitiesIn this position you will be working actively in collaboration with sales, controlling, ICT, data teams and external partners. You will report to Fazer Group’s Controlling Development Manager. The base salary of this position is between 4500 € - 5000 € / month depending on the knowledge and professional experience of the selected candidate. This role is eligible for annual bonus plan (as confirmed each year separately by Fazer) with a target level earning potential of 10 % of annual salary. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions.
