Where you'll create impact
Build targeted sourcing strategies across functions - Engineering, Product, GTM, Ops, and moreProactively source and engage strong candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter and other channelsBuild and maintain high-quality pipelines for both active and future hiring needsHelp shape how we source for different roles by testing and iterating on channels, messaging, and targetingCollaborate directly with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profilesWork with modern AI tools and sourcing platforms to improve speed, scale, and quality of sourcingBuild and test new sourcing strategies using AI-enabled workflows and automation
What Sets You Up For Success
Hardcore work ethic and high agency4+ years of experience in talent sourcing, ideally at a high-growth tech companyStrong track record driving outbound sourcing, pipeline creation, and candidate engagementProficiency in advanced search techniques, including Boolean logic, X-ray search, and similar methodsExperience with ATS and sourcing platforms - Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similarComfortable working across multiple functions and roles simultaneously without dropping the ballClear, compelling communicator - you write outreach that actually gets repliesFamiliarity with AI-enabled sourcing tools and a curiosity for what's next in the spaceSelf-directed and organized; you don't need a lot of hand-holding to figure out what good looks like

Base Salary (varies by location)
USA / Canada: $120,000 - $160,000 USD
EU: €70,000 - €100,000
India: ₹50,00,000 - ₹66,00,000 INR
Equity (varies by location)
US / Canada: $40,000 - $50,000 USD
EU: €25,000 - €30,000
India: ₹16,50,000 - ₹21,78,000 INR
