English fluency required with Danish or Swedish fluency preferred (effective English business language communication and skills needed for typical business communication such as presentations, negotiations, meetings, technical customer conversations, socializing, correspondence, and report writing).

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

Demonstrates deep understanding of the customer’s organization, industry, and business to build trust and drive product adoptionProactively showcases Cohesity’s features and services to anticipate customer needs and improve utilizationIdentifies upsell opportunities by staying informed about developments in the customer’s environmentOffers technical guidance on appropriate release strategies and deployment modelsOnboards new customers and serves as an early-stage educator for client representativesBuilds relationships between customers and Cohesity support teams to ensure smooth collaborationIndependently resolves complex customer issues and engages cross-functional teams when neededInvestigates customer needs using tools such as surveys and reviews, and advocates for those needs internallyCollaborates with solution architects, product managers, and other technical experts to resolve complex scenariosOwns and tracks the customer roadmap, ensuring strategic goals are aligned and deliveredDevelops and manages Get Well Plans, acting as a central coordinator to resolve escalations and drive account healthMaintains customer success tools in accordance with internal processes—updating touchpoints, health scores, QBRs, and follow-up actionsPosition and coordinate delivery of Customer Success valued services

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

8+ years of experience across at least two domains: Data Protection, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, or Cloud ComputingExperience managing complex technical escalations and guiding them to resolutionConfidence addressing product-related queries and leading technical discussionsProven ability to onboard and train customers to maximize product valueComfortable gathering customer feedback to influence product developmentSkilled in monitoring capacity, usage, and trendsExperience leading regular business reviews and customer meetingsAbility to suggest upgrades or enhancements that align with customer needsProficient in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentationAdept at partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Renewals, PS, etc.) to improve customer outcomesFlexible and responsive to changing customer demands, including occasional off-hours supportThe ability to travel up to 25% as needed for customer visits and internal meetings

In-Office Expectations

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
