Senior Veeva eTMF/CTMS Consultant - part-time (f/m/x)
We are looking for a Veeva-certified consultant with extensive expertise in Veeva eTMF to join our team on a part-time basis. In this remote role, you will leverage your hands-on experience with system configuration and your solid understanding of GxP regulations to manage system changes and validation documentation effectively. You will work closely with line of business stakeholders and Digital QA to translate requirements into scalable system solutions. Your tasks
Managing configuration and validation documentation for system changesOverseeing end-to-end system changes, including requirement gathering and stakeholder alignmentDesigning and prototyping solutions tailored to business needsImplementing and configuring Veeva systems as per defined specificationsConducting testing and validation to ensure compliance with GxP regulationsCollaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with governance and quality standardsStaying updated with Veeva General Releases and managing release impacts effectively
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a GxP-regulated environmentVeeva Certified Administrator certificationProven experience in Veeva eTMFStrong background in impact assessments and change managementHands-on experience managing system validation documentation in Veeva QualityAbility to manage system changes from requirement gathering to testing and validationFluent English
Nice to have
Experience with Veeva CTMSHands-on execution of digital validation using Jira Xray
