For an internationally operating company in Doha, Qatar, we are looking for an experienced Senior Video Editor (gn) with a strong background in AI-powered image and video creation, editing and post-production. This is a hands-on creative role combining professional video editing, storytelling and advanced AI workflows. We are specifically looking for a Video Editor who already works confidently with AI image generation, AI video generation and AI-assisted video editing and understands how to integrate these technologies into professional creative production. AI is a core requirement for this position – not a nice-to-have. Your ResponsibilitiesEdit and deliver commercials, brand films, event openers and corporate content from rough cut to final deliveryUse AI-powered image and video tools as an integral part of the creative and post-production processCreate, enhance and manipulate visual assets using AI image generation and AI video generationShape storytelling, pacing, rhythm and visual structureWork closely with Directors and Creative Producers to translate creative concepts into compelling video contentCreate motion graphics, titles, transitions and compositing using After EffectsPerform colour grading, ideally using DaVinci ResolveExperiment with and implement new AI tools, workflows and techniques to improve creative output and production efficiencyManage multiple projects, timelines, media libraries and final exports while maintaining high technical standards What You Bring5+ years of professional experience in Video Editing / Post-ProductionA strong portfolio and showreel demonstrating video editing as your core expertiseProven professional experience with AI-powered image and video toolsHands-on experience with AI image generation, AI video generation and AI-assisted video editingExperience with tools such as Higgsfield, Seedance or comparable AI platformsExpert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and solid After Effects skillsStrong storytelling and editorial instinctsAbility to combine traditional editing skills with AI-driven creative workflowsKnowledge of DaVinci Resolve and/or 3D software such as 3ds Max, Cinema 4D or Maya is a strong advantageAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesExcellent English skillsDegree in Film, Video Production, Post-Production, Media Arts or a related field is preferred A strong AI background is essentialThis position is not aimed at traditional Video Editors who have only experimented with AI tools occasionally.We are looking for someone who can demonstrate genuine hands-on experience using AI in creative production – for example:AI image generation and image manipulationAI video generation and video-to-video workflowsAI-assisted editing and post-productionAI-powered visual effects and asset creationGenerative AI for creative ideation and visual developmentIntegrating AI tools into established Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve workflowsCandidates should be able to demonstrate this experience through their portfolio, showreel or previous projects.
