Senior Yardi Specialist – Relocation to Lithuania

Strategic Staffing Solutions customer is looking for an experienced Senior Real Assets Onboarding Specialist with strong Yardi expertise to join a global financial services organization in Lithuania. This role sits within the Real Assets Client Onboarding team and focuses on onboarding new clients, setting up accounting and reporting structures, configuring Yardi, and supporting the migration of financial and operational data into the platform. For candidates currently based outside Lithuania, relocation to Lithuania is required. Your RoleSupport the onboarding and implementation of new Real Assets clients.Configure and maintain client structures and workflows within Yardi.Set up accounting and financial reporting structures according to client requirements.Coordinate and execute data migrations from existing systems into Yardi.Review, validate and reconcile migrated financial and operational data.Translate client requirements into appropriate system configurations and processes.Work closely with accounting, operations, technology and client-facing teams throughout the onboarding process.Identify configuration or data issues and coordinate their resolution.Support testing and validation before new client environments go live.Contribute to improving onboarding processes, documentation and implementation standards.Act as a knowledgeable point of contact regarding Yardi functionality and Real Assets onboarding. About YouStrong hands-on experience with Yardi, ideally within real estate, Real Assets, fund administration or financial services.Experience with client onboarding, system implementation, system configuration and/or data migration.Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting processes.Experience working with complex financial or property-related datasets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.Strong English communication skills.Willingness to relocate to Lithuania.
