Job description :We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator/Application Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and ITSM/CSM processes. Key Responsibilities:Configure and develop solutions on ServiceNow, including scripting, workflows, flows, and integrations.Work in domain-separated and highly customized ServiceNow environments.Develop and maintain Service Portal solutions.Translate business requirements into ServiceNow designs and implementations.Work with CMDB, databases, and SQL.Support ITSM and CSM processes.Collaborate with teams using Jira and support co-location service requirements.
