Our client, a leading mid-sized CRO, is seeking an experienced Site Contracts Manager (Freelance) to support the successful delivery of global clinical trials. This is an exciting opportunity to lead contract and budget negotiations, working closely with study teams, sponsors, sites, and vendors to ensure studies remain on track and key milestones are achieved. Key Responsibilities Review, draft and negotiate Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), site budgets, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other study-related contracts.Lead contract negotiations with investigative sites and key stakeholders.Partner with Clinical Operations teams to support study timelines and deliverables.Track, manage and report on contract negotiation progress and metrics.Resolve contractual issues and escalate where required.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.Maintain contract documentation, databases, and archiving processes.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance contracting processes and efficiency. About You Minimum 5 years' experience negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements, site contracts, and clinical trial budgets.Strong understanding of clinical trial contracting processes within a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment.Proven ability to work effectively with Study Teams, Sponsors, CRAs, and Start-Up teams.Experience developing and implementing contracting plans and negotiation strategies.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.Bachelor's degree in Law, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
