Team members join a growing business with an international product range and a strong presence in well-known grocery chains.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Stockholm. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn to promote Grossa’s products and brand. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, shooting and editing photos and short videos, writing captions and posts, and ensuring brand consistency in all communications. The role also involves monitoring social media performance, responding to comments and messages, collaborating with marketing and sales teams on campaigns, and staying up to date on social media trends in the food and retail sector.Qualifications Demonstrated experience creating social media content (images, videos, stories, reels) for brands or personal projects.Strong writing skills in English and Swedish, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions and posts. Basic to intermediate skills in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, mobile editing apps).Understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and best practices for audience engagement and growth.Ability to work on site in Stockholm, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams.Previous experience in food, FMCG, or retail marketing is beneficial.Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is an advantage, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
