Social Media Intern

We're offering a full-time Social Media Intern placement within the 007 First Light marketing team, designed as a learning experience for a current student. As a Social Media Intern, you'll be exposed to a broad range of social and community activity, from content creation to campaign planning, and learn directly from key stakeholders across the team. The focus is on your development: you'll gain hands-on exposure to how social media and community work is built and executed on a global gaming IP, under the guidance of experienced professionals.

What You Will Be Exposed To

Shadowing and supporting the Social Media & Influencer Manager to learn how social and community work is planned and delivered.Contributing, under supervision, to content, copy, and social assets across platforms.Learning how internal and external stakeholders collaborate to keep brand and community execution cohesive and high-quality.Observing and assisting with day-to-day publishing, monitoring, and community activity across ongoing projects, with structured feedback along the way.

A current student who can complete this internship as part of an approved educational program, for academic credit.Available full-time for the agreed placement period.Strong interest in social media, gaming, and community culture, with a flair for writing engaging copy.Familiar with key social platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn); basic content-creation tools (Photoshop, Canva, or video editing) a plus.Eager to learn how great social campaigns are built, and genuinely interested in the video games industry.

This is an educational internship intended to be completed as part of an approved study programme. Only students who can undertake the placement for academic credit will be considered.
