Software Engineer (MCP) | Remote
Position: MCP Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60 - $120/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
Create Reinforcement Learning Environments to test AI model capabilities using MCP tools.Fix bugs, implement features, refactor code, and optimize performance in software engineering tasks.Design reproducible environments and deterministic verification for MCP tool use.Develop golden reference solutions to measure software engineering ability.
Requirements
Proficiency in C++, Python, JAVA, GoLang, Typescript, or Rust.Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning.Experience in debugging complex software issues and delivering maintainable solutions.Strong background in feature development and codebase refactoring.Proven ability to optimize software for performance and scalability.
