About the Role:-Job Title : Software Engineer (UX Designer)Location : Helsingborg, SwedenMode of Work : Hybrid – 3 days office per weekType of Hiring : B2B ContractContract Duration : 6+ Months (Possible Extension) Day-to-day tasks:Contribute to the technical architecture and design decisions for the ADP platformDevelop features and functionalityDesign and implement AI-driven capabilities within the platformCollaborate on user experience (UX) design to ensure the platform is intuitive for developer usersWork on integrations between the ADP and existing development tools and portalsParticipate in team ceremonies, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving sessionsPrototype and validate solutions with input from product owners and end usersContribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team Requirements:Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc.Required (Demand):Proven experience with AI/ML technologies and their practical application in development platformsExperience designing and implementing technical architectures for developer tooling or platform productsUnderstanding of UX principles, particularly for developer-facing tools and platformsExperience with system integrations and API designAbility to work in early-stage product development with ambiguity and evolving requirementsStrategic mindsetDesired:Experience working with similar developer platforms or internal developer portalsFamiliarity with DevOps practices and deployment automationKnowledge of modern cloud platforms and infrastructureAgile/iterative development experience Soft Skills:Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environmentsStrong communication skills to work effectively with product owners and fellow developersComfortable giving and receiving constructive feedbackSelf-driven with ability to navigate ambiguity in early-stage product developmentPassion for developer experience and tooling
