Russian-Speaking Engineering Team Lead | Quantitative Trading | Fully Remote I’m working with a highly profitable proprietary trading firm that is continuing to scale its organisation (200+ employees) as it expands across traditional financial and crypto markets. They’re looking for an Engineering Team Lead to take responsibility for an established team of five Rust engineers building core systems within the trading platform. Neither Rust nor quantitative trading experience is required.
