About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Solution Architect specializing in SAP Product Safety, SAP Product and REACH Compliance (formerly SAP EHSM), and/or SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. The role focuses on designing and developing IT solutions, working closely with business and technical stakeholders, and supporting global SAP Product Sustainability & Compliance initiatives. Your responsibilitiesDesign and develop solution architectures based on business and technical requirements.Lead architecture discussions and collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and external consultants.Support SAP implementation, change management, incident management, and DevOps activities.Conduct IT landscape and solution impact analyses and define future-state solution architectures.Ensure compliance with IT standards, governance processes, and ITIL practices.Support testing activities, including System and User Acceptance Testing.Coordinate external consultants and developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. What we're looking forVery strong experience with SAP Product and REACH Compliance, SAP Product Safety (formerly SAP EHSM), and/or SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.10+ years of professional IT experience in relevant SAP modules.Strong knowledge of SAP EHSM processes, Product Safety, Product Compliance, and relevant regulatory requirements.Good understanding of the SAP Material Master.Experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects in a similar Solution Architect or Solution IT Expert role.Ability to independently lead discussions and alignment meetings with both business and IT stakeholders.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Advanced level of English. Nice to haveExperience with additional SAP modules.Project management or team coordination experience.Experience working in a regulated environment and with Computer System Validation.Experience working with Jira, SolMan, and ServiceNow.Experience working remotely as part of an international or global team.
