Team Lead Cloud Solutions Architect – AI/ML Infrastructure – Location: Remote from the EUSalary: up to 300k OTE Our client is a cloud technology company building the next generation of AI infrastructure. Their GPU cloud platform enables organizations to build and scale demanding AI/ML workloads across large-scale cloud environments. The company is in hypergrowth, with a strong focus on speed, ownership, and technical excellence. The role:They are looking for a highly experienced technical leader to lead and scale their Cloud Solutions Architecture organization across EMEA. The team currently consists of 10 senior CSAs and is expected to grow towards 15-20 people. The role is approximately 80-90% leadership and 10-20% technical/customer involvement. You will lead a team working with demanding AI and cloud customers across compute, networking, storage, Kubernetes, and GPU infrastructure. You will own hiring, coaching, performance, and team development, while defining how the CSA organization works with Sales, Engineering, Product, and strategic customers. This is a player-coach position. You won't deploy infrastructure yourself, but need the technical credibility to challenge senior architects, understand architectural trade-offs and bottlenecks, and step into complex customer discussions and escalations. What we’re looking for:3+ years of leadership experience within Solutions Architecture, Cloud Infrastructure, or a similar technical organization;Proven experience leading and scaling teams of senior/principal-level technical professionals;Strong technical foundation in large-scale cloud and distributed infrastructure;AI/ML infrastructure, GPU workloads, HPC, or GenAI experience is highly preferred. The ideal candidate has grown from a strong technical IC into an experienced leader and has operated at the scale and technical complexity found within major hyperscalers or leading AI infrastructure companies.
