Job Description: Windows Environment Analyze the requirements in requests from the customer and how the need of the business can be applied to the FactoryPlace environment. Investigate new technologies and their applicability to the customer environment and business needs. Propose new solutions and improvements of the FactoryPlace client service to the customer. Professional/Technical Qualifications Expert knowledge in Active Directory and Group Policy Management Expert knowledge in Microsoft Configuration Manager Expert knowledge in managing Windows in a locked down enterprise environment Good knowledge in scripting (PowerShell and VBScript) Good knowledge in operating system deployment via Microsoft Configuration Manager Good knowledge in Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows 11 and their components (AppLocker, Windows Firewall, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, Distributed File System, among others.) Good documentation skills Bonus if good knowledge in Intune and Entra Experience with ServiceNow
