Source to Pay Business Readiness Lead - PMO (S4HANA Implementation)

Our client, a leading global healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced Business Readiness Lead / Source To Pay Project Manager to support the successful delivery of the Source-to-Pay (STP) workstream within a large-scale transformation program. This role will play a critical part in driving business readiness, deployment coordination, stakeholder engagement, governance activities, and operational execution across multiple program releases. Working closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), business leads, and cross-functional teams including Data, Testing, and Change Management, the successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination, effective schedule management, and smooth transition into the future-state STP environment while enabling business teams to focus on strategic process design and transformation objectives.This is a contractual role which will run through the end of 2026, with the likelihood of extension well into 2027. Candidates applying for this role, must be located in the EMEA region.Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage detailed STP project plans, Jira tickets, and deliverables across multiple program releasesCoordinate day-to-day project execution activities within the Source-to-Pay workstreamAct as the primary coordination point for requests, deadlines, and dependencies from Data Migration, Testing, and Change Management teamsSupport Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Business Workstream Leads by managing operational and administrative project activitiesTrack and manage milestones, risks, dependencies, RAID logs, and action trackers across the programPrepare governance materials, steering committee updates, and regular project status reportsMonitor progress across STP sub-processes and proactively follow up on outstanding actions and risksCoordinate business readiness activities across process, systems, people, and operational workstreamsEnsure deployment activities including training, testing sign-offs, cutover tasks, and go-live preparation are completed on timeSupport deployment readiness assessments, hypercare planning, stabilization, and transition activitiesCollaborate with regional and functional teams to ensure operational readiness for upcoming system and process changesPrepare and maintain project dashboards, readiness reports, and stakeholder communicationsMonitor deployment progress, adoption metrics, and stabilization activities post go-liveIdentify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across governance, coordination, and execution processesCapture lessons learned and contribute to ongoing S/4HANA transformation initiativesRequirements5-7 years of experience in Project Management, STP transformation, SAP/S4HANA implementations, or business readiness rolesProven experience supporting large-scale transformation or ERP implementation programsExposure to Source-to-Pay (STP), Procurement, and Procurement Operations processesExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders within matrix organizationsFamiliarity with governance, reporting, deployment coordination, and change management activitiesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneouslyStructured and proactive approach to tracking actions, risks, dependencies, and project milestonesExcellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skillsSolution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving program environmentsAdvanced English communication skills; additional languages are considered an advantageWillingness to travel occasionally for business purposes (up to 10%)
