Sr Food Safety and Quality Consultant

Herax Food Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant in Food Safety and Management Systems who wants to work closely with our clients to develop, implement and improve their food safety management systems. In this role, you will work with both strategic and operational matters, including HACCP, risk assessment, internal audits, non-conformity management, continuous improvement and GFSI-recognized certification schemes. You will have an important advisory role with our clients and are expected to be able to manage assignments independently.We are looking for someone who has:at least 5 years of experience working with GFSI-recognized management systems, such as BRCGS, FSSC 22000 or IFSvery good knowledge of HACCP and practical experience in food safetyexperience in conducting internal audits, gap analyses and improvement worka good understanding of management systems and how they are applied in practicestrong communication and training skillsvery good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and writtenthe ability to work independently, in a structured manner and with a strong business focusExperience as an auditor, quality manager, food safety manager or consultant within the food industry is considered an advantage.
