The OpportunityWe are seeking a Business Analyst / Strategy & Operations Associate to partner closely with founders and executive leadership on strategic initiatives, business performance analysis, financial modelling, and operational improvement projects.This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, finance, and operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems while taking ownership of implementation and execution.You will gain exposure to critical business decisions, work across multiple functions, and contribute directly to the company's growth and performance. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Analysis & Business PerformanceAnalyse company performance, operational metrics, and growth opportunities.Conduct business analysis to support strategic decision-making.Develop actionable recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative insights.Support leadership with market research, competitor analysis, and business planning.Financial Modelling & ForecastingBuild financial models to evaluate growth initiatives and investment opportunities.Develop business cases to support strategic projects and operational decisions.Assist with forecasting, scenario planning, and performance tracking.Reporting & Data InsightsCreate dashboards and management reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools.Track key business metrics and identify trends impacting performance.Present findings clearly to senior stakeholders.Project Leadership & ExecutionDrive cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions.Support company-wide initiatives across operations, strategy, and growth functions. Essential Requirements2 to 4 years of experience within Strategy Consulting, Operations Consulting, Advisory, or a related consulting discipline.Experience gained within a Big 4 consulting practice or a leading strategy consultancy.Currently operating at Analyst, Associate, or Consultant level.Demonstrated strong performance, including at least one promotion during consulting tenure.Bachelor's degree from a European university.Strong analytical, quantitative, and structured problem-solving skills.Experience building financial models and conducting data-driven business analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations independently.Comfortable working within the adult/NSFW sector from a business and operational perspective.Preferred ExperienceExposure to AI, technology, SaaS, digital businesses, or startup environments.Understanding of subscription-based business metrics, including: MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue)CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)LTV (Lifetime Value)Retention and Cohort AnalysisAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.Experience with business intelligence tools such as Metabase.Strong interest in AI products, emerging technologies, and digital consumer businesses.
