Your Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and implement Levy Europe's sustainability strategy across Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden, with Spain and France in preparationBuild and maintain Europe-wide ESG reporting, including preparation for CSRD complianceDrive initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint across energy, waste, and the supply chain — including food waste reductionTrack, record, and calculate carbon footprints (Scope 1–3) across all Levy Europe sitesUse Scope 3 data to identify country-level emissions hotspots and design targeted reduction measuresEngage procurement and suppliers to improve sustainability performance, data quality, and emissions reduction across the supply chainAdvise country organizations and site management on local implementation, building sustainability capability among operational teams and venue sustainability championsCollaborate with Compass Group at corporate level to harmonize ESG standards across the business Your Profile:A completed degree in sustainability, environmental management, business, or a related fieldSeveral years of professional experience in sustainability or ESG management, ideally internationalSolid knowledge of current ESG regulations, including CSRD and the EU TaxonomyExperience managing cross-functional and cross-country projectsStrong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with carbon accounting and Scope 3 emissions dataExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsThe confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders and clientsExcellent English skills; another European language is a plus Your Benefits:30 days of vacation for genuine time to rechargeFlexible working hours and remote workA day off on your birthdayCorporate Benefits with a range of attractive employee discounts
