Swedish-Speaking Customer Service Representative - RELOCATION TO GREECE

About the project:You will be working for a subscription-based streaming service that allows our members to watch TV shows and movies on an internet-connected device. Your Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiriesTroubleshoot and resolve streaming issuesProvide information on subscription plansAssist with account management and billingEscalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams What you will need:Fluent level of Swedish language (at least C1)Good level of English language (at least B2)Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there - with our excellent relocation package! Salary, bonuses, and benefits:Full time contract with a Greek employerRotational shifts: Monday-Sunday, 10:00-23:00Base salary 1350 € gross per month (2 extra salaries granted by a Greek law)Up to 200€ gross as a Performance Bonus per month – for results from work and meeting expectationsTransportation bonus up to 100€ gross per monthHealth package Relocation support for those wanting to relocate to Greece:Paid flight ticketAirport taxi2 weeks free hotel stayAssistance with finding an apartment Relocation is required for the entire duration of the training and employment period.
