System Design Engineer, Senior Expert

About The Assignment

You will join a team that develops and is responsible for the communication interface used between the vehicle and tools, including remote operations. The products are used throughout the complete product life cycle: from development and testing during product development to manufacturing, workshop and remote scenarios.

The team works according to agile principles in a skilled and engaged scrum team that covers all aspects of the products: design, implementation and testing. You communicate directly with stakeholders to find common and reusable solutions that secure customer success.

You are a team player. The most important thing is the team's delivery and its people, and passion is what makes that possible. You are really good at C#, but more importantly you like to get things done, providing solutions from design to support and acceptance testing.

Experience of communication protocols, both design and implementation, is considered a plus. You can choose your own focus, but the basic idea is that everyone should be able to do everything in a self organising scrum team. You are recognised as an expert in your discipline.

Required Qualifications

Excellent skills in software development in C# and .NET Core (at least 5 years)MS Visual Studio and GitExperience working with MAUI, Xamarin, iOS and Android developmentExperience working with DevOps and multithreaded programmingExperience with Scrum and agile methods

Additional skills seen as a plus

Experience in diagnostic communication protocols, for example ISO 14229 and SAE J1587Experience of .NET applications with cloud (Azure or AWS)
