Job Title: Teamcenter Technical LeadLocation: FinlandEmployment Type: Permanent, Full‑TimeExperience: 10 Years About the Role We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Technical Lead to lead the technical strategy, architecture, development, and delivery of our Siemens Teamcenter PLM platform. This role will be responsible for driving platform modernization, leading a global technical team, and ensuring a scalable, secure, and high-performing Teamcenter environment. Key Responsibilities Technical Strategy & Architecture Define and maintain the Teamcenter technical roadmap aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.Design scalable, secure, and highly available Teamcenter architectures, including application, web, FMS, CAD integrations, and database layers.Establish standards for configuration, customization, and reusable development practices. Solution Design & Delivery Lead requirements analysis and translate business needs into Teamcenter data models and process designs.Design and implement workflows, lifecycle management, access controls, classifications, and change management processes.Oversee Teamcenter customizations and extensions using ITK, Java, SOA/REST services, AWC, and RAC.Lead platform upgrades, patching activities, code retrofits, testing, deployment planning, and cutover activities.Drive technical debt reduction initiatives and continuous platform improvements. Operations & Performance Own platform performance, stability, scalability, and reliability.Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex production issues.Optimize dispatcher services, indexing, search functionality, and database performance.Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure a robust and cost-effective platform environment. Engineering Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Teamcenter developers.Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.Drive CI/CD adoption, release management processes, code quality initiatives, and deployment automation.Ensure maintenance of technical documentation, playbooks, and operational runbooks. Stakeholder Management Partner with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Service Managers, Infrastructure Teams, and Security Teams.Provide technical guidance, status updates, risk assessments, and architectural recommendations to stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM platform.Expertise in:BMIDEWorkflow & Lifecycle ManagementAccess ManagerClassificationStructure & Variant ConfigurationChange ManagementExperience with:Active Workspace (AWC) configuration and customizationRich Application Client (RAC) customizationITK (C/C++)JavaSOA/REST ServicesStrong understanding of Teamcenter data modeling and migration strategies.SQL Server administration and performance tuning experience.Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.Proven experience leading Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, and support teams. Nice to Have Experience with Manufacturing Process Planning (MPP), MRO/Service, Schedule Manager, or Requirements & Systems Engineering modules.Exposure to cloud-hosted PLM environments and modernization initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.Proven track record of delivering large-scale Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, and customizations.
