CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy is looking for an experienced **Technical Coordinator** for a industrial project in Northern Sweden.

In this role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary technical activities with a particular focus on technical procurement, tender preparation and interfaces between different engineering disciplines. You will work closely with engineering, procurement, suppliers, contractors and other project stakeholders to ensure that technical scopes and documentation are properly coordinated.

**Your responsibilities include**

  • Coordinating the preparation of technical tender and procurement documentation
  • Collecting and coordinating technical input from different engineering disciplines
  • Supporting the preparation of technical specifications, scope definitions and related documentation
  • Monitoring technical documents, reviews, approvals and outstanding actions
  • Coordinating technical interfaces and identifying possible gaps or overlaps between different scopes
  • Supporting technical clarifications during the tendering process
  • Supporting technical evaluations and contractor selection from a technical perspective
  • Following up on technical package progress, open items and key risks
  • Maintaining relevant technical documentation and reporting

**We are looking for**

  • Relevant technical education in engineering or a related field
  • Extensive experience from industrial projects in technical coordination, engineering, procurement or project delivery roles
  • Experience with technical procurement, tender preparation or contractor coordination
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary technical scopes, such as **mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and piping**
  • Good understanding of technical specifications, scope definitions and project documentation
  • Experience coordinating technical interfaces between different disciplines, suppliers and contractors
  • Good IT and reporting skills
  • Good command of English
