Your Role And Responsibilities
We are now looking for a Technical Marketing Manager to join our team in the Distribution Solutions division in Vaasa. As a Technical Marketing Manager, you will act as the primary technical counterpart for selected customer accounts and market segments. You will lead technical pre-sales activities from specification review and solution definition through customer presentations, training and approval processes.
As a Technical Marketing Manager, you will also develop partnerships with selected customers in collaboration with Business Development Managers. Additionally, you will convey customer needs, product gaps and market trends to Product Management, helping to shape future product development. Note that the role will also include global travel, approximately 50 days per year, depending on business needs and how you organize your work.

You will mainly be accountable for
Acting as the primary technical counterpart for assigned accounts and strategic sales opportunitiesServing as the technical lead in large tenders, frame agreements and product approvalsDelivering technical presentations on our product portfolio and applicationsfor prospective and existing customersLeading and conducting factory acceptance tests (FATs) for assigned customer accountsProviding technical training to local sales teams and customers to promote our products and help improve the overall technical competence of the markets
Qualifications For The Role
BSc or MSc level degree in electrical engineering or similarExperience with protection relays, protection applications, or substation automationExperience in commissioning protection relays or substation automation systems is considered an advantageExperience with PCM600, Omicron, or similar tools is considered an advantageStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate across teamsFluent written and spoken English
