We are looking for a Technical Project Manager for an assignment within banking, cryptography and cipher readiness.
The assignment focuses on preparing the organization for the future impact of quantum computing on existing cryptographic solutions and cipher technologies. The project covers current-state inventory, strategy development and roadmap execution aligned with internal requirements and external compliance expectations.
You will manage a highly skilled team of subject matter experts and support the project as it moves into a more executive and delivery-focused phase.
Responsibilities include
- Lead and coordinate a technical project within cryptos and ciphers
- Drive project execution from inventory and analysis toward strategy and roadmap
- Manage a team of subject matter experts within cryptography and related areas
- Structure activities, milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables
- Support alignment with internal requirements and external compliance expectations
- Coordinate with business, technology, security and governance stakeholders
- Prepare decision material, progress updates and executive-level reporting
- Ensure clear communication, ownership and follow-up across the project
Required experience
- Senior project management experience
- Strong structure, planning and execution capability
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage highly skilled technical teams
- Experience working in complex IT or security-related environments
- Fluent English communication skills
Meritorious
- Experience or knowledge within cryptography, cryptos and ciphers
- Previous project management experience from banking or financial services
- Experience with compliance-driven technology projects
- Experience working with strategy, roadmap and executive-level reporting
