Teleoperator (Nights)

Cota Robotics puts robots to work in retail stores. They take on the repetitive, time-consuming jobs like inbounding goods, replenishing shelves and sorting stock, currently mostly overnight. They're driven from our control room in Stockholm and increasingly run on their own. We raised a €1.92M pre-seed in August 2026 and are live with retailers in Sweden and Finland. We're a small team based at Sankt Eriksgatan in Stockholm, where half the office is our own dark store. About the RoleYou'll sit in our Stockholm control room and drive robots working in real stores across Sweden and Finland. When a robot hits something it can't solve on its own, you take over and finish the job. Customers are waiting on the other end, so the work is real and the feedback is immediate. This is the best seat in the house if you want to see how a robotics company actually works from the inside. We recruit on a rolling basis as demand grows.
