About The Role
Public tenders are becoming one of the main ways healthcare organizations choose a partner like us. We're opening Tender Excellence: a new, hands-on role to build a proactive, AI-native tender process for Gosta Labs.
What You'll Do
Own every tender we enter, start to finish: screen, coordinate and submit the full response - compliance, technical documentation, pricing, security documentation, submission logistics - and create the system we win with.Build the reusable tender toolkit - compliance boilerplate, reference cases, pricing benchmarks - so every tender after the first is faster to answer than the last.Constantly analyze what wins and what doesn't, and turn that into a sharper approach each time.Work closely with our country teams and go-to-market colleagues, who bring the relationships and market intelligence you'll build on.
What We're Looking For
Dynamic talent with achiever attitude.Based in Finland, working from our office. Fluent Finnish and English.Tech-savvy and genuinely fluent with AI tools - you'll use them daily to build and run the function.A university degree - we're open on the field, though law, business/economics, or public administration are the most natural fits.Experience in healthcare and EU public procurement (Directive 2014/24/EU and its Finnish implementation, Hankintalaki) is a strength.You're hands-on, proactive, and can adjust quickly to a changing landscape.Nice to have: experience on the buyer side of a public tender inside the EU.
