Role: Workstream Test Lead Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Location)Job Type: Hybrid work mode (3 days per week On-Site) Job Description:Test Workstream Lead owns the overall testing governance and coordinate dedicated regression, UAT, DR, and security testing, with accountability for obtaining final sign-off from Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Information Security before go-live.In practice, the role is less about writing test scripts personally and more about orchestrating stakeholders to provide evidence that the solution is resilient, compliant, and ready for production.Experience and ProfileStrong experience in establishing and leading major testing programs from scratchExperience in UAT governance, business validation and sign-off processesAbility to coordinate many stakeholders across Tech, Business, Operations and VendorExperience of driving test planning in complex banking or regulatory environmentsExperience in managing dependencies between SIT, UAT, Readiness and Go-LiveKey ResponsibilitiesDefine the Testing StrategyThe Test Workstream Lead develops the overall test approach, including:Test objectives and success criteriaScope of testing (applications, interfaces, users, infrastructure)Test cycles and timelinesEntry and exit criteriaDefect management processReporting and governanceTest phases include:Environment ValidationConnectivity testingSystem Integration Testing (SIT)Security TestingRegression TestingBusiness continuity/failover testingDisaster recovery testingUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)End-to-end operational testingGo-liveCoordinate Across WorkstreamsThe role acts as the central point between:OperationsLM and Reporting TeamsTech teamVendorProgram ManagerThe Test Lead ensures all dependencies are ready before testing starts.Create Test PlanThe lead typically creates:Master Test PlanTest scheduleTest scenariosTest casesRoles and responsibilities matrixDefect tracking processTest completion reportsManage Business Continuity & DR TestingThe Test Lead coordinates execution and evidence collectionDefect ManagementThe lead:Reviews defectsPrioritizes by severityAssigns ownershipTracks remediationCoordinates retestingReports testing risks to program governanceReporting and GovernanceRegular reporting to the program manager and steering committee Regulatory & Audit EvidenceSince Firco supports sanctions and AML controls, the Test Lead ensures evidence is retained for:Internal AuditRegulatorsOperational RiskCompliance Assurance.
