Role Description This is a full-time, on-site TIG Welder role based in Rauma. The TIG Welder will prepare and set up materials, read and interpret technical drawings, and perform TIG welding on various metals to meet project specifications. Daily tasks include inspecting welds, performing basic finishing work, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. The role involves collaborating with other workshop staff, maintaining welding equipment, and following production schedules to deliver projects on time. Qualifications Strong TIG welding skills, including experience with different metals and thicknesses.Ability to read and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.Knowledge of welding safety standards and safe workshop practices.Experience with basic metal fabrication tasks such as cutting, grinding, and fitting.Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality welds.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.Relevant vocational training or certification in welding or metalwork is an advantage.Previous experience as a TIG Welder or in a similar industrial welding role is preferred.
