Trading Systems Consultant – Stockholm, SwedenLocation: Stockholm, SwedenContract: 6 monthsExperience: 8+ yearsType- B2B contract We are looking for an experienced Trading Systems Consultant / Application Support Specialist to join a critical IT support team in Stockholm, Sweden. The role focuses on supporting, operating, and monitoring high-availability stock exchange/trading systems, working closely with internal IT, development, operations, business teams, and external suppliers. Key Responsibilities:Support and monitor critical stock exchange/trading applications and systems.Investigate incidents, technical issues, and production problems and ensure timely resolution.Lead and coordinate activities with internal teams and external suppliers.Work closely with trading, operations, development, and IT infrastructure teams.Manage and follow up on incident, change, and release management activities in line with ITIL.Support production settings, server capacity, and technical platform-related activities.Proactively identify issues and drive continuous improvements.Handle multiple activities/projects simultaneously and respond quickly to critical situations. Must-Have Skills & Experience:8–10 years of relevant IT experience.Strong experience with stock exchange / securities trading systems, such as Abasec, ProBroker, Infront, Millistream, or similar.Experience in application support / system administration / production support.Experience with agile working methodologies.Proven experience leading people, activities, investigations, and follow-ups.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Good working knowledge of Swedish and English.Experience with ITIL, incident management, change management, and release management. Good to Have:Experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.Banking or financial-services experience.Previous experience as a Developer or Tester.
