Transformation Consultant

Role: Transformation Consultant Overview:A client in the industrial services and maritime sector is seeking a Transformation Consultant to join the team for an initial 3-6 month engagement. You will provide programme management and analytical support across a high-profile transformation programme focused on commercial excellence, operational improvement and value creation initiatives. Reporting into the Transformation Director and Programme Lead, you will help drive execution, support executive decision making and prepare data-driven updates for senior leadership and investor stakeholders. Responsibilities:Provide PMO support across multiple transformation workstreams, including planning, governance, risk management and progress tracking.Develop executive-level reporting, steering committee materials and data-driven performance updates.Support commercial excellence initiatives across sales effectiveness, pricing optimisation and business case development.Coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions and European locations to ensure alignment and delivery against programme objectives. Requirements:Proven experience operating at Manager level within consulting, transformation, PMO or programme delivery environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience quantifying benefits and transformation impact.Experience supporting large-scale business transformation, operational excellence or process improvement programmes.Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and investors.
