Position: Video Editing ExpertType: ContractCompensation: $15 - $40/hourLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role ResponsibilitiesReview, evaluate, and refine interview content related to video editing and post-production workflows.Assess technical execution, narrative structure, and creative choices in video editing materials.Provide detailed feedback on storytelling, pacing, and editing decisions to improve content quality.Evaluate and enhance AI-generated interview materials for authenticity and clarity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the accuracy of training data and evaluation protocols.Ensure audio synchronization, color correction, and motion graphics meet industry best practices. RequirementsHave a minimum of of professional video editing experience.Demonstrate expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut.Possess a strong grasp of storytelling, narrative structure, cutting, and pacing techniques.Have proven experience in audio editing and synchronization.Have a solid understanding of color correction, color grading, and motion graphics basics.
