RADIKAL is an impact-oriented social franchisor, that has pivoted since COVID-19, to focus on solving food security in Haiti through micro-enterprise. What makes us unique is that we have pioneered an ecosystem that links small holder farmers and production cooperatives, to street food vendors, while leveraging the power of technology and underlining environmental impact. As a social franchise that contributes to the improvement of the lives of women, their families and their communities, our grassroots business model currently focuses on women (in the informal sector) investing in structured micro-franchises that sell locally-manufactured food products. Job Description

This project is about the RADIKAL Southern Expansion. We are transitioning from a localized pilot to a $10M regional infrastructure network across the Southern Peninsula of Haiti. Our goal is to secure a "Blended Finance" stack (grants, slow debt, and impact equity) required to build the Camp Perrin Master Hub and launch the first 2,000 micro-franchisees. Your role:

Research and identify philanthropy, institutional donors (e.g., IDB Lab) and private impact funds.Draft high-stakes grant proposals, "Regional Fortress" investment teasers, and budget justifications.Coordinate with the executive team to refine our pitch for "Stability-as-a-Service."

Without catalytic grant capital, the "Golden Ratio" of our unit economics remains theoretical. Your work provides the "first loss" capital that de-risks the entire $10M ecosystem for follow-on investors. Please let us know today if you can help!

Desired Skills And Experience

Fundraising strategy: experience with blended finance or "multi-layer" capital stacks (grants + debt + equity). Technical writing: ability to translate complex industrial operations and Fintech metrics into compelling donor narratives. Relationship management: proven ability to navigate the bureaucracy of large institutions (IDB). Analytical skills: proficiency in interpreting financial models and social impact data to justify funding requests. Experience: 5+ years in international development or a social enterprise environment.
