Warehouse Operations Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operations Support Specialist to support our global warehouse operations, helping ensure that warehouse processes, systems and procedures operate efficiently, consistently and in line with our quality standards. In this role, you’ll work closely with warehouse, Supply Chain, Quality and other international teams to resolve operational and system-related issues, improve warehouse processes, support ERP/WMS activities and help standardise ways of working across Oximio’s global network. Key areas of responsibility include:Supporting warehouse teams globally with operational and system-related questionsInvestigating and resolving complex or non-standard warehouse situationsWorking with ERP/WMS systems to investigate, troubleshoot and correct operational issuesIdentifying root causes of recurring errors and developing practical solutions to prevent themMaintaining and updating warehouse SOPs, manuals, procedures and training materialsSupporting the implementation of new warehouse processes and proceduresParticipating in ERP/WMS testing, user acceptance testing and system implementation activitiesActing as a key user and subject matter expert for warehouse systemsProviding training and ongoing support to warehouse users when requiredIdentifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes, systems and operational efficiency We’re looking for someone with:4+ years of relevant professional experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, quality or a related areaBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Life Sciences or a related disciplineExperience working in a regulated environment, preferably pharmaceuticals, clinical research, healthcare logistics or another GxP environmentGood understanding of SOP-driven processes and regulated operationsPractical experience working with ERP, WMS or similar warehouse management systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and develop practical solutionsGood general IT literacy and confidence working with complex systemsExcellent written and spoken EnglishWillingness to travel occasionally to Oximio warehouse locations What we offer:Fully remote working in an international environmentOpportunity to work across a global warehouse network supporting clinical research worldwideBecome a key subject matter expert in warehouse systems and operationsProfessional development opportunitiesA supportive, collaborative and purpose-driven working environment If you’re an experienced warehouse or logistics professional with strong systems knowledge and a problem-solving mindset, and you’re interested in improving processes within a global, regulated environment, we’d love to hear from you. 👉 Apply now or share this opportunity with your network.
