The company values continuous improvement, practical problem-solving, and collaboration across technical and operational teams.Role Description The Welder role is a full-time hybrid position based in Stockholm, with the possibility to perform some tasks from home when suitable, such as documentation or planning work. On-site, the Welder will perform welding operations on metal components, following technical drawings and specifications, and using appropriate welding techniques to ensure strong, accurate joints. Typical day-to-day tasks include preparing materials, setting up and maintaining welding equipment, inspecting and measuring finished work, and collaborating with supervisors and colleagues to meet production and safety requirements. The role also involves following health and safety guidelines, reporting any equipment issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of workshop processes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong welding skills, including proficiency in Arc Welding and general Welding techniques.Candidates should possess experience with specialized methods such as TIG Welding and MIG Welding.Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials, including properties of metals and appropriate welding consumables.Relevant vocational training or certification in welding or metal fabrication is highly beneficial.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measure accurately, and maintain quality standards.Commitment to workplace safety, use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to regulations.Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Basic communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
