Bring boiler expertise to customers in biomass, waste-to-energy, district heating and combined heat and power, while exploring opportunities in industrial boilers. The positionF10 Human Resource is recruiting an Account Development Manager on behalf of Kanadevia Inova. This newly created position is part of a strategic Nordic initiative to grow the Finnish business.You will combine account development and technical service sales with coordination of service delivery. As the customer’s primary contact, you will understand plant priorities, identify opportunities and bring together the specialists needed to deliver reliable solutions.You will report to Johan Sandstedt, Sales Manager Kanadevia, and work closely with colleagues across the Nordic organisation, particularly its extensive Swedish operations. Your key prioritiesDevelop existing businessBuild on Kanadevia Inova’s current Finnish operations. Strengthen customer relationships, understand maintenance needs and develop account plans that create long-term value. Expand the customer portfolioIdentify opportunities for boiler services across biomass, Waste to X, district heating and CHP. Explore industrial boiler applications where Kanadevia Inova’s expertise can make a difference. Connect sales with deliveryTranslate customer requirements into clear commitments and coordinate with technical and field service teams to deliver on quality, timing, cost and safety. Your responsibilitiesDevelop accounts through customer visits, technical dialogue and structured follow-up.Grow sales of boiler retrofits, maintenance, repairs, overhauls, spare parts and digital solutions.Lead commercial discussions, negotiate contracts and develop long-term service agreements.Coordinate outages, shutdowns and service projects with regional management and delivery teams.Prepare estimates and forecasts, monitor commercial performance and follow up on costs and invoicing.Identify risks early and work with colleagues to resolve technical, commercial and delivery challenges.Maintain a clear pipeline and contribute to profitable growth in Finland.Ensure that quality, health, safety and environmental requirements guide customer commitments and execution. Your backgroundYou have experience in technical service sales, account management or service project management and enjoy combining commercial responsibility with practical technical understanding. You may already manage customer accounts, or you may be a service project professional ready to take greater responsibility for business development. We expect you to bring:At least five years of relevant service sales, project management or comparable experience.Strong understanding of boilers, thermal plants and service operations.Experience with contracts, negotiations, budgeting, cost estimation and forecasting.The ability to coordinate specialists and delivery teams across organisational boundaries.A degree in mechanical, process or electromechanical engineering, or a business degree supported by strong technical understanding.Fluency in Finnish and English.Confidence using ERP systems, Microsoft Office and project tools; experience with IFS is an advantage. Experience with biomass, waste-to-energy, district heating, CHP or industrial boilers will be particularly relevant.
