As an IT Service Delivery Specialist at our Stockholm office, you play a key role in delivering stable and reliable IT services across the organisation. You support internal users through incident and request handling while contributing to the coordination and delivery of IT activities in collaboration with system owners, vendors, and stakeholders. Your work supports business continuity across both regional and global operations.

What You Will Do

As IT Service Delivery Specialist, your main contribution is to ensure stable, secure, and high‑quality IT services across offices, stores, and warehouse operations. You contribute by:

Handling incidents, service requests, and operational IT tasksProviding IT support through ticketing systems, remote tools, phone, and walk‑insPerforming hands‑on and remote support including installations, configurations, upgrades, and hardware setupTaking ownership of IT infrastructure in line with global standardsSupporting workplace technology, networks, cloud services, meeting room systems, and retail IT environmentsCoordinating IT activities with internal stakeholders and external vendorsEnsuring adherence to regional and global IT processes while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and harmonization

Experience in IT support, IT operations, or other customer-facing IT rolesPractical experience with ITSM processes such as incident and request managementSolid understanding of workplace IT, infrastructure, and basic networkingHands-on experience supporting both PC and Mac environments, including Windows, macOS, and iOSExperience with modern workplace platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, and MDM tools such as IntuneExperience coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholdersExperience supporting retail IT environments, including store technology such as POS setups and payment terminals, is meritingFamiliarity with network and storage platforms such as Cisco Meraki, Egnyte, or Box is meritingExperience in global or multi-site environments is meritingITIL experience or certification is meritingMicrosoft certifications are a plusFluency in English
