Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced ADP eTime Developer to design, develop, configure, customize, and support workforce management solutions using ADP eTime. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in time and attendance, workforce scheduling, payroll integration, and technical troubleshooting in enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, configure, and customize ADP eTime / ADP Enterprise eTime solutions.Build and maintain interfaces between ADP eTime, HR systems, payroll platforms, and third-party applications.Develop reports, queries, integrations, and data conversion routines as required by the project.Configure timekeeping rules, attendance policies, overtime calculations, and employee scheduling.Support system enhancements, defect resolution, testing, and production deployments.Work with HR, payroll, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and documentation.Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide ongoing production support.Mandatory SkillsHands-on development or technical configuration experience with ADP eTime / ADP Enterprise eTime.Strong understanding of workforce management and time-and-attendance processes.Experience with HR/payroll integrations and data interfaces.Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and troubleshooting.Experience with system testing, defect resolution, and deployment processes.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred SkillsExperience integrating ADP eTime with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or other payroll systems.Knowledge of APIs, web services, XML, JSON, or middleware integration.Experience working on multinational HR/payroll transformation projects.Understanding of European timekeeping, overtime, absence, and labor-rule requirements.
