About the roleChina will be a key growth market for Thrill, and you'll be responsible for building our affiliate presence.The Affiliates Manager is a hands-on role where you'll use data to understand what's working, activate, reactivate and scale opportunities, and build a strong affiliate network across key markets.You'll also represent Thrill at industry events, building relationships and staying close to what's happening across the affiliate landscape.Up to the challenge? Mission aheadSource and onboard new Chinese affiliate partnersBuild relationships with local webmasters, communities, media owners and traffic partnersNegotiate CPA, RS, Hybrid, Flat fee dealsLaunch campaigns and coordinate promotional activitiesMonitor traffic quality and partner performanceIdentify opportunities for scalingOptimize underperforming partnerships, reactivationMonitor competitor affiliate offers and market activityAttend relevant industry events What we are looking for?Native/fluent Mandarin Chinese.Professional English.Strong knowledge of Chinese digital ecosystem.Existing affiliate / webmaster / traffic network strongly preferred.iGaming, betting, crypto or adjacent performance marketing experience.Strong negotiation skills.Understanding of acquisition funnels.Understanding of FTD, STD, NGR, CAC, CR, ROAS and LTV.Ability to work independently and build a market from scratch.
