After-sales Service Engineer

**Job Responsibilities:**

**Air-conditioning Unit Installation Guidance and Commissioning**

  • Inspect whether the customer's piping system and electrical wiring installation comply with company requirements.
  • Verify whether the customer's water system configuration and installation meet equipment requirements and confirm that the power distribution system complies with equipment power and protection requirements.
  • Perform equipment startup and commissioning, monitor operating parameters, and ensure stable unit operation in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Train customers in the correct operation of air-conditioning units and daily maintenance precautions.

**Air-conditioning Unit Repair**

  • Investigate customer-reported issues and identify the root causes of equipment failures.
  • Diagnose equipment faults, determine the fault trigger point, and complete repair work.
  • When replacement spare parts or maintenance materials are required, submit requests promptly through the Lingdang System.
  • Report damaged materials promptly, track maintenance materials and spare parts, and return defective parts or unused materials to the company after repair completion.
  • Consult technical specialists when encountering complex or high-difficulty technical issues.

**Preventive Maintenance and Routine Inspection**

  • Regularly clean air-cooled condensers, water-cooled condensers, air filters, and other equipment to ensure optimal heat exchange performance.
  • Inspect compressors, fans, control boards, switches, contactors, and other components, and replace damaged parts when necessary.
  • Regularly replace compressor refrigeration oil and filter driers, replenish refrigerant, and ensure stable system operation.
  • Perform scheduled preventive inspections, ensure stable equipment operation, and record inspection results.

**Customer Operational Training**

  • Train customers on the company's 400 Service Hotline repair request process, including the information required when submitting a service request (customer name, equipment serial number, location, contact person, etc.).
  • Train customers to independently operate and start up the equipment.
  • Enhance customer confidence and increase customers' willingness to purchase maintenance service contracts.

**Customer Technical Theory Training**

  • Develop training plans and organize technical training sessions.
  • Prepare training manuals and complete all pre-training preparations.
  • Organize and summarize training materials after each training session.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations upon completion of training.

**Provide Product Feedback to the Factory**

  • Analyze customer dissatisfaction and provide timely feedback and recommendations to the factory.
  • Report on equipment performance issues caused by product-related defects to the factory.
  • Identify equipment design or structural issues that make maintenance difficult and submit improvement suggestions to the factory.

**Other Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to service assignments received through the 400 Service Hotline and accurately complete commissioning forms, damage reports, and maintenance reports in a timely manner.
  • Upload commissioning reports and maintenance reports to the system promptly and mail the original hard-copy documents back to the company when required.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Cooperate with other departments or external organizations in completing related work assignments as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Solid understanding of refrigeration principles and electrical control systems.
  • Familiarity with company procedures, operating processes, and product knowledge.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software.
  • Strong learning ability and technical aptitude.

**Work experience required: 1 - 5 yrs**

**Salary: 2500 €/mth**

**Initial date of employment: November 2nd, 2026. End date: 1st November 2027**
