You will advise on technical design, act as a sounding board on governance and operating model, and help set up an Agentic AI training program. Depending on your background, you may focus on the technical track, the governance track, the training track, or a combination. ResponsibilitiesReview code and architecture, discuss design options and give practical recommendationsCoach engineers in building scalable, sustainable agentic solutionsAdvise on applying governance and controls without hindering innovation, including risk management, business value assessment, reporting and communicationDesign and deliver a general Agentic AI training program for technical and business audiences Technical ExperienceAgent development: Gemini, Vertex AI (Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform) and Google ADK, including orchestration and integration with APIs and toolsRetrieval and data: RAG, BigQuery, Knowledge Catalog / Dataplex, and approaches for documentation, metadata and structured dataDeployment and operations: Python, Cloud Run, managed agent services, conversational state, monitoring, evaluation, and performance and cost optimizationSecurity: IAM, access management, sensitive data handling and prompt injection protection, ideally with Model Armor Governance ExperienceAdvising on risk, value assessment, reporting and communication for AI or technology initiativesTranslating regulatory and control requirements into lightweight, practical ways of working QualificationsProven track record delivering production-grade agentic or generative AI solutions, with concrete examplesStrong communication skills and a coaching mindsetExperience from banking or other regulated industries is a plusGoogle Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification is an advantage Please apply for more information!
