Agile Product Owner

Core Competencies & Domain Knowledge• Payment Order Management Expertise (Must-have):o Deep functional understanding of the payment order lifecycle (initiation,validation, enrichment, routing, execution, and status management).o Strong expertise in messaging standards, specifically ISO 20022 (MXformats) and legacy formats (MT).o Hands-on experience with Core APIs (REST/Events) powering paymentflows.

• Payment Infrastructure & Domestic/Global Clearing (Nice-to-have):o Familiarity with Swedish domestic clearing (Bankgirot/BGC, RIX-RTGS,RIX-INST).o Knowledge of cross-border execution (SWIFT) and European clearingmechanisms (SEPA, TARGET2, EBA EURO1).

Technical & Architectural Understanding• Experience working as a PO/APO in complex, event-driven microservicearchitectures (handling high throughput and strict availability requirements).• Strong ability to collaborate closely with architects, developers, and testers totranslate business requirements into clear API specifications and backlog items.• Understanding of reconciliation, FX handling, and exception/error managementin payment engines. Agile Leadership & Stakeholder Management• Proven track record as an Agile Product Owner (Scrum/SAFe) – drivingrefinement, sprint planning, prioritization, and product increments based onbusiness value.• Excellent dependency management skills – ability to align requirements withupstream channels, downstream ledgers, AML/Sanctions screening, andcompliance teams.

• Strong communication skills to act as the primary interface between businessstakeholders and technical execution teams.• Collaboration within large programs driving the ongoing transformation in thepayment area
