About this opportunity
Join Ericsson's Finance and Business Control team and help identify, develop, and scale AI-driven solutions that improve the way we work in the Customer Unit Northern Europe.
You will collaborate with business, finance, and technology teams to explore new opportunities for automation, develop AI-enabled solutions, and contribute to Ericsson's digital transformation journey.
What you will do
Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and digital tools across business and finance processesBuild and test AI-powered solutions, prompts, agents, dashboards, and workflow automationsAnalyze existing ways of working and recommend improvements through AI and data-driven approachesSupport teams in adopting AI tools and sharing best practicesCollaborate with business, finance, and IT stakeholders to turn ideas into practical solutionsDocument use cases, benefits, and lessons learned to support wider adoption of AI
The skills you bring
Recent graduate, or taking the first steps in your professional careerStudying or qualified in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related fieldCurious about AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetComfortable working with data and exploring new toolsStrong communication and collaboration skillsEager to learn and contribute in an international environmentTechnical Skills (Advantageous): Python, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Analytics and automation toolsFluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
