Please find the details below: Role: AI Data and Value Architect Start: ASAP Duration: end of year+ extensions Location: Remote – Eastern EuropeCapacity: full time Language: English Responsibilities: Data and Value Definition: Enable definition and design of Customer Support Transformation metrics and corresponding data sources.Governance & Innovation: Advises on data governance, identifies high-value data sources, and champions adoption of new capabilities like telemetry and synthetic data.Data Benchmarking & Mapping: Organizes and connects data sources, builds semantic maps, and curates data for AI workflows' value and benchmarking. Tasks overview• Analyze and assess value and business impact of agents / system• Evaluate and make dependencies between agents visible and drives & communicates continuous improvements to Agentic workflows in collaboration with the delivery and project teams• Collaborates with value analytical lead / IT / POs / System architects / Golden data set owners etc. to identify and prepare relevant data from ServiceNow and data lake• Lead Transformation value projects from POC, prototypes, ad-hoc analysis to execution• Ensures data availability, integrity, and quality for analytics and continuous monitoring• Understands and maps all source systems and their data flows end-to-end If you are interested and available, please apply or send an email to tislam@redglobal.com for immediate consideration
